Even during these uncertain times, we are still taking and shipping out orders as usual. However, processing times have been taking longer than the usual 2-4 days and instead it may take up to 5-6 days for your order to process.

Returns & Refund Policy
You may return purchased goods within 30 days from the date of delivery. Prior approval is mandatory before returning any product, and returns sent without such approval will not be accepted. To request a return, you must contact us via email at daburuk.eu@dabur.com or through the live chat available on our website, noting that response times may vary during working days.
When submitting a return request, you are required to provide your order number, customer name, product name, batch number (mandatory), and manufacturing date (mandatory). You may also include the reason for return, although this is optional. Return shipping costs must be borne by the customer unless the return is due to an error on our part.

Refunds:
Refunds will only be processed once the returned items have been received and inspected at our warehouse. All approved refunds will be issued to the original method of payment used at the time of purchase.
Incorrect Items
While we take reasonable care to ensure all orders are accurately fulfilled, if you receive an incorrect or faulty item, you must report the issue by contacting daburuk.eu@dabur.com. Your communication must include your order number, batch number (mandatory), and manufacturing date (mandatory). Upon validation of your claim, we will refund the cost of the item, the original delivery charges, and reasonable return shipping costs.
Damaged Products
If your product arrives damaged, you must notify us within 4–5 working days of delivery by emailing daburuk.eu@dabur.com. Your email must include your order number, batch number (mandatory), manufacturing date (mandatory), and clear photographic evidence of the damage. Claims that do not include the required information will not be processed.
Refunds will only be made against the original credit/debit card used. Your statutory rights remain unaffected.
Important Notes
Returns are accepted only for purchases made directly via dabur.co.uk. Products purchased from third-party stockists must be returned to the respective retailer. Any returns sent without prior approval or without the required mandatory details will not be accepted. Nothing in this policy affects your statutory rights under applicable UK law.
